Negroni

Required

• 1oz gin
  • SUBSTITUTE: Mezcal 1:1 for a Mezcal Negroni
• 1oz Campari
• 1oz sweet vermouth
• (Optional) Orange peel garnish

1. Add the gin, Campari and sweet vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice, and stir until well-chilled.

2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

3. Garnish with an orange peel.
