Flavor profile

Sweet, smoky, and tangs of holidaytime flavors from a tea blend (cinnamon, hibiscus, chamomile, chicory, apple and orange). Maybe it will taste like a cinnamon roll.

Ingredients

• 4oz TJ’s spiced cider
• 1oz water brewed celestial apple tea (basically 1/4 of a teabag)
• 2oz bourbon
• 1oz lemon juice
• 1/4tsp ground cinnamon
• 1/4tsp ground ginger
• garnish with any of the following:
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 apple slice
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation

• idk yet! figuring it out…
• This would probably taste great shaken so as not to dilute the tea. … update 2025-02-14 not so certain, it might be better as a hot drink
